Copper spray - universal copper separator aerosol lubricant for various equipment components operating under all loads (including heavy loads) and exposed to high temperatures and/or high humidity and/or aggressive environments. It is used to ensure easy disassembly of connections after long-term operation. Eliminates coupling between components under the influence of a variety of factors.
Properties:
- maximum impact resistance at high temperature;
- Copper powder effectively coats treated surfaces and gives them excellent lubricating properties;
- excellent separation action for metals and alloys in any combination;
- effectively protects against all types of corrosion;
- excellent adhesion, does not separate and does not spray even with rapid rotation of the treated surface;

Example of use:
- Repair and noise reduction (creaming) of all types of braking systems (disc, drum, etc.);
- Lubrication and corrosion protection of propeller shaft seals, moving screw pairs, hubs, spark plug threads, screw fittings, bolts, screws, etc.;
- Separation of lubrication and protection against welding, combustion and jamming of thermally charged parts (exhaust system connections, heat exchangers, boilers, turbines and other thermal equipment).
Application: Thoroughly clean (if necessary for metal) contact surfaces contaminated with rust, carbon, oxides, scale, etc. Degrease. Shake the can vigorously. Apply MANNOL Copper Spray in the required quantity, according to the maintenance manual. After application, clean the spray head and nozzle. The can be used as long as it does not begin to blow out clean spray gas.
